Quick Chili with Beans

Chili with Beans

 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
 1 Tbsp. chili powder
 2 cans (15-1/2 oz. each) chili beans in spicy sauce, undrained
 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) seasoned diced tomatoes, undrained
 1/2 cup salsa (plus additional salsa for serving, if desired)
 Sour cream (optional)
 Fresh cilantro (optional)
 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Traditional Cut Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided

 Cook meat in large saucepan over medium heat until browned, stirring often; pour off drippings. Sprinkle chili powder over meat. Stir in chili beans, tomatoes and salsa. Cover; heat to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.

 Stir the one cup cheese into chili; ladle into bowls. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Serve with sour cream, salsa and cilantro, if desired.
